What is it?

This ancient body therapy has its roots in India with influences from China. The massage incorporates yoga-style positions (asanas), acupressure and reflexology, along with techniques of gentle rocking, deep stretching and compression. Thai massage works with the energy body rather than the anatomical body.

How is it practised?

It is performed on a floor mat and clothed, a session lasting 1:30 to 2 hours.
